close to a bus stop no steps to our room
TV in corner so when in bed could not see it only one station with set volume the breakfast trolley was not good jam and butter sachet in the same bowl the butter was warm not kept in fridge

The place was clean and owners quite friendly
Place used to be old people's home and still looked like one. Felt quite uncomfortable, in presence of the owner and other clientelle.

Heathrow Inn, London commentaires"A very nice and relaxing stay with very nice people.We were given a free upgrade when we arrived, as my wife walks with a stick they gave us a ground floor room with our own shower.We will use the hotel for any further trips to london that we make." (107632022)
We can not fault the hotel in any way.

i and my partner enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were like family to us. we would definately love to come back.

Room was clean, ok value for money.
All along the corridor men were banging doors and shouting all night. This went on until 5am and kept us awake. Although your policy says that people will be asked to leave if they exhibit 'unusual behaviour', nothing was done. Perhaps this is not unusual behaviour at your hotel? I don't think the small, pleasant helpful lady at the desk would have been able to do anything. I would never stay at this hotel again and will actively discourage other people from doing so.

The owners could not do enough to make my stay easy and pleasurable. Although traveling alone, I felt very "at home" and part of a very kind family.
None whatsoever.

Petit hôtel. Proche des transports publics. Environnement plutôt calme. Patronne très souriante et chaleureuse. Serviettes de bain changées tous les jours.
Clientèle du restaurant boit des bières dès le matin à 9h et ne quittent pas le restaurant de la journée. Equipements vétustes (robinetterie, rideau de douche neuf mais pas assez large, tuyau de douche trop court, douche difficile à diriger, sommiers des lits à ressorts pas très confortables), interdiction de manger dans la chambre, ascenseur trop lent, petits déjeûners vraiment minimalistes et monotones, prise de la bouilloire trop courte-il faut la poser parterre. Parfois, bruit de la clientèle du restaurant.
