  We managed to get a room in the Hotel during Falmouth Week when all the other Hotels in the area were fully booked - this should have told us something about the Hotel!

  The staff, the room, the bathroom, the parking, the breakfast.

  room was shabby and badly laid out....walls paper thin....carpet did not fit the room....no towels were left and no one at reception to supply them...window dod not work properly...wash basin was dirty and old....

  Very kind and helpful lady at reception. Looked after us very well.

  En suite bathroom ....ventilation fan was not working. This should have come on with the light as there was no window.

  great breakfast and waiting staff. Friendly proprietors.

  Very small bathroom and poor shower pressure. Tired and slightly shabby interior.
