  "Not a good expeience" (108969499)

  Unfortunately the bad points over ride the good points but the expence for 1 night was refunded

  Computers had failed as we were about to check in. The heating in the room did not work correctly for the 2 nights we were staying. We requested to be moved to another Room but unfortunately for us the Hotel was fully booked. We then had to request an extra Duvet in order to keep warm, which was provided. The Bathroom seemed to be serviced on the Morning of the 9th but unfortunately the Bed was not made. Breakfast was not a very good experience as it was well over cooked

  "We have been in a few Premier inns in the past and this was a pleasure to stay in.From the minute we walked in the door the staff were fantastic ,from the girl at the desk to the staff at breakfast .We had a lovely time there " (108625692)

  Very friendly staff. A VERY GOOD RESTRAUNT NEARBY.Generally a nice place to stay.

  Very small room. No storage space (draws, places to unpack the case etc) Variation in rate for different nights. A fixed rate per night would have been better regardless of the day of the week.

  Receiving text giving directions to hotel, being offered discount vouchers for local attractions (excellent saving), air conditioning in rooms, overall cleanliness.

  "We stayed at this hotel as part of a 2 day visit to Beamish & would highly recommend the hotel to friends & relatives." (108186107)

  All staff were extremely professional and helpful at all times. The room was presented in a clean and well maintained condition. The premier breakfast was very good value for money.

  The postcode given on the booking confirmation (NE37 1LE) was in the middle of a housing estate according to TomTom. We needed to use NE37 1LB.

  Recieved a nice phone call from the hotel staff the week before my booking asking if I needed assistance with taxi's etc, which I thought was a nice touch. The staff I spoke to over the weekend were very nice and helpful.

  No bad points.

  "Did what i had expected/hoped - It was clean, friendly and had all that i needed - Would not stay for breakfast again due to points mentioned in "bad points"" (107895459)

  When getting breakfast it was said to be "all you can eat" but i did not like the fact that you had to ASK for everything rather than serve yourself - Bacon undercooked

  Nice clean rooms Great value for money

  Location slighlt out of Newcastle city centre but easily accessed via taxi for approx £15.
