The staff was outstanding!! Very courteous, even though we didn't speak any German. The rooms as well as the hotel were maintained in a meticulous fashion. Value for my dollar,or Euro, was exceptional. I travel for business, more than 200 days per year and the establishment ranks in my top 5 best hotels. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be going back to the same area again in the next few weeks and I will be staying at the Best Western Premeire Regensburg for that stay, which will be for more than four weeks.
The only negative point I could bring up is there were no laundry facilities, though I doubt this hotel was intended to accomodate extended stay patrons.
