  i cancelled mmy reservation due to some circumtances beyond my control and i want your hotel to rebook me and they refused,why?please this very important i need to be book again since am still a customer in your hotel.thanks

  "Excellent value for money and great location " (107710635)

  Very friendly staff & good atmosphere amongst fellow guests Convenient for shopping area, restaurants and public transport. Nice cafe next door for breakfast as well as adequate self catering arrangements

  Most of the roads in the area dug up and a real mess when it rains Coat hooks rather than wardrobes - but we travel light

  "You get what you pay for basically. It was 90 Euro for 3 nights for 2 people. If you just want somewhere to sleep and shower then this is a great place to stay. The staff were great and we had use of the kitchen to make oatmeal for breakfast. Also, I had no concerns about leaving our stuff in the room while we were out." (107201861)

  The staff at the hotel were great and really helpful with directioins. The beds were comfortable. 5 mins walk to the metro and to the Vaci Utca which has fabulous restaurants.

  There was no shower curtain and you had to hold the shower head to take a shower, which flooded the bathroom. The carpet was a little dirty and the toilet flushed by itself all the time, but that was an easy fix. The floaty thing just needed to be clicked into place then it was fine.
