"Very convenient position and rooms quite large but one was left with a feeling that the customer didn't matter too much! Would be suitable for short stay to see Rhodes Old Town, then move on." (107332855)
Quite spacious rooms which were clean on arrival. Many kitchen gadgets. Pleasant Hotel Foyer and warm welcome from Night desk staff Very central position with easy access to Old Town and Harbour.
During stay, room cleaning was not adequate. Crumbs remained on the floor, mirror smears were untouched and there were no brushes etc to clean it oneself. Bath grouting was black .Day time reception staff very distant and uncommunicative. No change of bed linen in an eight night stay. Towels very worn and some furnishings very faded. There were no umbrellas (or shade) to relax around the pool without getting roasted. Seats at front of hotel are on edge of a busy road.The balcony was too small to sit on (some larger overlooking the pool). Pool one depth only so not suitable for young children.
