Friendly capable staff, clean, well equipped rooms and very good value for money. Also 3 mins walk from the International Centre
Having to put the entrance card into a slot to get the lights to work. very difficult to enter/exit at night when carrying things as the door was heavily sprung with a better than even chance of getting locked out!

Great D,B&B, and unlimited access to wonderland park its a must for any family looking for top quality break at a budget price. Perfect for family stay. " (108675166)
Very helpful and very kind staff at hotel from front of house to cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent with great choice and top quality food. Dinner even better with four restaurants / bars to choose from. Wonderland park at rear of hotel with linking gate so no need to realy drive whilst staying at this hotel.

Good central location, close to all shopping areas. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful and friendly.
Emergency service sirens going for quite a few hours from 12am - 3am. It is located on quite a busy roundabout

The shower did not work properly, we were not delivered a paper on the first morning, and on the second day we were delivered the wrong paper. All of this was corrected and the staff were extremely helpful.

Nice clean hotel. Staff very helpful.
There was a large group of Ice Hockey players in the hotel that were very inconsiderate to other guests and kept most of them awake until the early hours of the morning. The hotel staff did not seem to be able to do anything about it as it laster for two nights.

room clean tidy and all facilities, inc hair dryer, iron and trouser press. Good shower with very hot water, almost instantaneously. Breakfast was way above expectations for advertised as 'Continental'. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Booking quick and easy. Reception staff courteous. Room very nice.
We were told breafast was up to 11.00am. However, when we turned up at 10.00 there was no hot breakfast left and no signs there would be any more. We ended up booking out and having our breakfast elsewhere, which we felt was a disappointing end to our stay.

Close to my friends, city center and very convinient Good breakfast and good value for money. My kids really enjoyed their stay and wanted more days.
Lift couldn't work at one point. But was immediatley repaired

Great value for money. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was of high quality
Since we checked in at 9 pm, there was not much choice of what to order for dinner. The food that we ordered from the neighbouring restaurant was not good and too expensive

Staff very polite and accomodating. Attending a conference at the International centre next door therefore location was excellent. Free parking was great too.
Needed to put 3 people in a room, unable to book this online, had to book it first and then ring to alter booking - fortunately this did not incur additional costs

excellent customer service when booking in - The room allocated had defective heating so we were allocated a new room within seconds.
only bad point was having to go to the hotel next door for breakfast - although we were given a better quality of meal than we were booked for.

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was comfortable and clean and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. There was a highchair for our baby which made breakfast a lot easier.
The room was hot and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. As our baby was asleep we couldn't call reception to look at it so had to open the window which was noisy at first as lorries were leaving the international centre.

No baths - when standing at an exhibition all day I prefer a bath to relax in. Pizza I ordered in bar area came in a take away box, not on a plate.

Very impressed with the hotel. Modern, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was first class with the bacon baqps being a real bonus. Excellent value - would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. A pity that Telford has not got more to offer but Ironbridge is close enough to visit.
Didn't find any bad points.

excellent breakfast, good varied choice.Bed very comfortable, second bed for child also good.All very clean. Shower worked well. Heating good.Ample free parking.Italian restaurant served good food
The only negative was that the restaurant prices could have been more reasonable.

Good breakfast choices and it was great that it is included in the price. Room was nicely furnished and kept clean - I liked the modern look and feel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location - I was visiting an event at the TIC.
Bar food service was very slow, though the food was good quality. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a newspaper, but was NOT informed that it wasn't complimentary - they generally are in the US, so it didn't occur to me to ask.
