Cant argue with the price. We got value for money. Its on a main 24hour bus route
getting ignored trying to check in and out by the one member of staff who appeared to be doing not much. General ignorance of said staff member Dangerous plug socket next to kettle and shower leaked everywhere

albergo in complesso scadente, camera sporca, bagno al limite della vivibilità, colazione scadente, odori sgradevoli sulle scale e nei corridoi, miimo mezz'ora dalla città, camera assegnata al 2 piano con scale strette e ripide. in generale negativo

Easy to find. Pleasant and helpful staff.
A lot of rubbish on the balcony outside the bedroom window. Poor TV reception.

Room adequate, not too much outside noise
internal hotel noise very loud, could hear loud door bangs till very late. There were ants crawling all over the breakfast table and in the sugar bowls. the staff didn't seem concerned and only removed one sugar bowl when it was pointed out to them. Toilet handle very loose, worried about using.

friendly and laidback staff, comfortable beds
continental breakfasts - choice of cereals/options poor. would it be so hard to have a complimentary full english like most other B&Bs/hotels? Maybe the quality of the showers could be improved too.

Glad it was only a short stay.
The room was dusty and the carpet was dirty. Bathroom needs refurbishing, moulding on the tiles, lavatory system needs changing, bathroom door would not shut properly. One of the electrical sockets was not working. No remote control for the television. Because the television was so high up on the wall, I had to continually get on a chair to change the t.v. station. Continental breakfast only consist of 3 different varieties of cereal and cold milk.

while the room was quite worn, the cleaning was great and reliable. Tea and coffee were replaced and the room tidied yet I felt that my privacy was respected.
Not bad as such, but the water pressure for the shower was not great. No option of brown toast in the morning and wifi only available in reception which is difficult if you have been out all day and wish to do research without being around people...

Good customer service on arrival and friendly staff.
Room far too small and extremely bad lighting. Should provide a lamp if they cannot improve on main light. Bed was poor, could do with a new one as one side sunk when you sat on it. Continental breakfast could have been a little more interesting e.g. not just cereals. Could have had croissants/cheese etc. Why not charge a little more for the room and provide full english breakfast.

Staff were friendly.
My room had standing water on the floor of the bathroom. Didn't discover until the morning, needed a shower and to go fairly early so suffered it. Complained but they could do nothing. Wi-fi didn't work. Sheets smelled of previous 1000 occupants, Yuk! Only a continental breakfast not full english.
