  "The stay was fine and although I managed to leave trousers in the room the lost and found service worked well." (107343566)

  Ease of booking, and Value for money Bed and breakfast insted of room only

  On the morning of depature while at breakfast, and although the check out time was 12.00 the room was serviced. The maid was still cleaning the room when we returned. Then another person wanted to check the mini Bar. It felt like we were being shown the door.

  "Your web site was informative clear and easy to use.We enjoyed our stay as your staff went the extra bit to make sure we had what we needed." (97744777)

  Location close to Theatre we were going to.Breakfast was busy but your staff were excellent with dealing with the people.

  "Great location for the Westminster, Victoria area. Rooms have plenty of space. Problems with the electronic door keys resolved promptly. Disappointed that there is still only one lift in operation. Had to queue to use it." (97815266)

  Close to where I had to be the next day

  This was a tired hotel. I had to queue for breakfast and then it just wasn't that good

  Location, service.

  2 wall lights did not work and the shower had very low pressure - dissapointing for the rate paid and expectation. Would not book this hotel at this location again.

  "I would have like to have known i would have been booked into a double room when there were no twin rooms available. Also that we could have been shown to our room and helped offered with our lugage on arrival, the same for when we left." (99957558)

  The heating of the room was controlled by you. It was a fairly spacious room and pleasantly decorated.A very comfortable bed.

  I had requested a twin room but was allocated a double, it was not a very big double bed. No biscuits with the tea making in room. Water was only provided in room on arrival day.

  The room was spacious, warm and welcoming as was the hotel in general. We enjoyed the pleasant ambiance of the bistro and the bar. Staff were very attentive but not intrusive. We had a lovely time.

  "I was very pleased overall with the booking process and the hotel. Good job to all!" (3304974581)

  The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I even had my own private concert that I could hear in my room, coming from the court yard. The sound of the fountain in the courtyard made it very pleasant and relaxing. The concierge was also very helpful.

  "Overall it was ok, mainly because of the location and friendly staff, do not forget your blowdryer. Could reach the excellent status during spring/fall months." (2001735)

  Location was perfect,walking distance to subway station, Buckingham palace and nice restaurants

  Air conditioned was not good, did not worked and they just said that it was a hot day and everybody in the hotel had the same problem like if it was our fault or problem , they should had at least be courteous enough to offer a discount for their inconvenient problem.

  Friendly and obliging staff, excellent breakfast, general cleanliness. Altogether a pleasant experience and will recommend.
