Un accueil absolument charmant ! Une voiture à l'aéroport pour venir nous chercher ainsi que pour nous conduire au restaurant et ramener après le repas. Cette navette est gratuite. Petit déjeuné à partir de 4 h du matin, pratique lorsqu'on a un avion très tôt !
Mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend tout les bruits à travers les murs.

Really great hotel! We were amazed about the transporting service, especially about the offer to take us to the store by the car. Lovely and comfortable hotel!

todo. personal muy amable, puntual en la recogida en el aeropuerto, habitaciones limpias y cómodas... perfecto para pasar una noche a la espera del vuelo que sale o llega tarde a frankfurt hahn.

SUPER Frühstück, alles frisch und lecker, nettes Personal, sehr saubere und gemütliche Zimmer
wenn überhaupt, der Shuttleservice, da wir 50 Min warten mussten nach der Rückreise, wofür das Personal aber nichts konnte, denn es sind nur 2 Wagen da und das Hotel ist immer gut ausgebucht.

Supernetter Empfang - der kostenlose Shuttle-Service und die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Parkplatzes für die Dauer des Urlaubes sind hervorragend!

Ease of check in, very welcoming, took time to take us to a local restaurant for an evening meal and arranged for them to bring us back to the hotel
We booked a shuttle to the local airport the next morning which was 30 mins late. Very stressful, lots of people left waiting outside the hotel, a real let down when compared to the previous evening. We made our flight with 5 minutes to spare.

The bedroom was big anf nicely furnished, everything was practical and easy to do and they had thought about everything we could need.
The man at the reception was very nice and friendly while the woman was a bit rude. Breakfast was expensive: it only costs 4 euro in the restaurant which is located in the centre of the village.

Guter Preis, sehr freundlicher Service, zuverlässiger Flughafentransfer.
WLAN funktionierte nur eingeschränkt und nur am Zimmereingang.

Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen u. bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum/vom Flughafen hin an, auch frühmorgens. Zudem konnten wir umsonst parken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert u. sehr sauber. Das Hotel bietet ein absolutes gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

My flight from Gdansk arrived late. I was worried I wouldn't be able to check in. However, to my surprise there was a shuttle waiting to take me to the hotel. I was very impressed and will recommend the hotel to anyone flying to Hahn.
