  It was exactly as desribed.

  The room had obviously been occupied by a cigar smoker at some time and the smell was still strong.

  "The hotel was very clean with all the necessary utensils included.There was a hairdryer and kettle in the room.The staff were excellent and could not help us enough. They helped us with taxis and even printed out directions for us when we asked where to go.Again the restuarant staff were very helpful and polite.This hotel has excellent close access to the train station in Vilvoorde."   "Brilliant little hotel, excellent location. Staff were wonderfully helpful. Restaurant food was very good." (3304314748)

  Clean, comfortable, good size and contained everything you needed.

  If I had to say anything its only sillt but, more English sky channels as only CNN and Eurosport available. Better pillows!

  "We were told that our room was non-smoking but clearly the previous occupant had smoked and the room smelled very unpleasant. The room had not been cleaned or prepared for us at 1530 hours when we arrived and were given our allocated key. Other guests were extremely noisy getting into cars early in the morning and often smoked just under our open window. Nearby trains were very noisy all night." (2865823)

  Basic but adequate. The large ensuite bathroom was much appreciated and shower was hot and of good pressure

  to allocate specific rooms as non-smoking.

  "apart from the bathroom not being clean,overall my stay was very pleasant" (2721436)

  Its very basic,but ideal for a few days,it has everything you need

  I think the cleanliness could be improved,the bath was covered in other peoples hair

  It was exactly as described

  The cable tv only had 2 channels that were english speaking,which was a bit dissapointing.

  "Our stay coverd a night of high heat, humidity and thunderstorms, as such the environment was uncomfortable rather than the hotel.The problem with an industrial area hotel is the access to external attractions of a city or town. It is expensive to take taxis into Brussels from Vilvoorde, could more information be provided on the areas near to Vilvoorde?" (2380710)

  "Overall a good service and I would come again, but you should be able to select a non smoking room from the website." (2092846)

  Staff were friendly. Were happy to give what information and services they could offer.

  As a non smoker, found the smell of the room disgusting.
