  performance of staff

  price for value extremely low considering this was proposed as a 4 star hotel. very small rooms and poor facilities. this is not anywhere close to a 4 star hotel.

  Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good.

  Night time was very noisy due to trafic. (not really anything you can do apart from double glazing. just a noisy road.

  "Although not in the very centre of town, there are several restaurants and bars in the area. An excellent Morrocan restaurant called 'le royale lunch' just a few doors down was very 'different', with good service. Brussels generally is a giant building site at the moment and the hotel was shrouded in scaffolding, but the standard of room I was allocated for the money I paid was excellent. There are only 2 staff on at any one time, someone behind reception and a guy who does 'everything else'. The small older chap who was on in the evening was very sweet, everyone gets olives, peanuts and cheese with their drinks, which considering the restaurant is closed in the evening is quite useful!"
