  "Rooms were clean but looking very tired (nothing like the picture), kitchen was compact but functional, beds were generously sized but not very supportive. The building looks great from the outside and is one of four towers sitting over a huge shopping arcade anchored by a Carrefour." (108895990)

  Rooms were spacious with fantastic views across Lille and it is centrally located to all transport links.

  Parking involves stopping on the pavement, obtaining a token, undertaking a u turn and negotiating a tight ramp into a basement car park and remembering a code to get to the lift. On our stay one of the lifts was broken and we were stuck in the basement for a while waiting for the lift which was busy operating over 15 floors (It was fixed during our stay). It is a very commercial area with few decent restaurants.

  "Lille is a great place to visit, but I don't know if I'd come for the Braderie again ! Braderie weekend is fascinating and everyone should experience it, but I think we would come back when it was a bit quieter and you dodn't have to queue to get into the restaurants." (107843454)

  very friendly desk staff who spoke enough English to be helpful.Cleanliness of hotel was very good. Location of hotel to train station and town centre is also excellent..close proximity to Les 3 Brasseurs brew pub.

  should be at least ONE TV channel in English or woth English subtitles. BBC news channel was not "on".

  Great location, studio was clean and comfortable - views were great!

  The process to park your car, exit the car park, get in the door and to the lift needs addressing. Too many passwords to enter!!

  Vet reasonable in cost. Central. All facilities.

  Issue with the car park. It would have been good to have included this in the initial blurb and so had the opportuinity to pick up the card on arrival rather than having to park soemwhere else first and then get the permit.

  "our only problem was the parking facilities, perhaps the directions to this should have been more clear, even at reception the instructions confused us with various security codes. Even so we would use the hotel again if we were to go back to Lille" (99073686)

  excellent facilities, we didnt realise that we would have more or less a kitchen.didnt fancy putting up the bed late at night but found it quite a simple procedure and very comfortable to sleep on.

  when we booked we hadn't realised the hotel was situated behind the station, so on arriving we anticipated the worse.we couldnt have been more wrong, we were on the twelth floor and quite honestly never heared anythig to disturb us.

Access to parking facilities unclear, would be good to be able to arrange to use this facility in advance of arrival so that you can drive straight in before checking in-there is no where to park temporarily while you check in and receive the private car park code."   "i was impressed by the inventory of the accomodation it was to the highest standard.i shall certainly use this hotel again.   "Excellent accommodation in the centre of Lille, right near Eurolille Station, metro, Carrefours supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Room light and bright and well soundproofed (no noise from nearby stations, but the disco opposite on Sunday evening was a bit noisy! We were on street side of hotel). Room facilities good with fridge, hob, kettle and microwave. Staff very friendly and helpful and the facility to leave luggage after check-out was very useful as there are no left luggage facilities the Eurolille Station." (3304444767)

  "The room only had a sofa-bed and although we were paying for studio we did expect a real bed! The room was a reasonable size and the staff tried to be helpful. There was a problem with our toilet which because the maint. man had gone home I had to resolve myself. Overall not the best choice of hotels we've made." (3304335104)

  Excellent location. Good size room and nice to have a fridge.

  First room we were allocated had not been cleaned. No proper bed. Crane permanently outside the building. Rooms were not serviced at all.

  "The hotel was easy to find, very friendly, clean and the accomodation well organised. The room was publicised with Tea and Coffee but there was none in the Kitchenette. After a long journey that was what we were looking forward to most. The hotel was very well situated for the Eurostar station, restaurants, bars, sights and the reason we went the Zenith Arena.   Location was excellent for us, near the Eurostar station and the Zenith Arena. Very clean and well organised hotel.

  Some tea/coffee/sugar in the kitchen would have been good, although a local supermarket saved the day.

  "This booking was surprisingly functional, convenient and moderately priced. We were able to make our own meals (we usually ate breakfast in room) and the open windows cooled the place down which tended to heat up during the day. It was a great place in terms of location. During the week, no one made beds or cleaned the room or brought clean towels, so we did it all ourselves and it was not a problem. I enjoyed the stay." (2039499)
