  "We like the hotel and the area. This is the second year we've stayed here. Ostend is lovely, and the Christmas Markets are great. The hotel was a bit noisy and breakfast was busy because of coach parties. Bar area was nice and not too busy. Generally a good stay." (97216231)

  We had junior suites and they were a very good size. Clean and tidy, maid service was excellent. The hotel is very central and parking was easy at the hotel.

  No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lots of really noisy children running around and out of control.

  "Basic hotel which was more than adequate for our needs. Would not want to stay there for longer than a couple of nights. Breakfast was OK, but no coffee or tea available. Safari Bar is a must see - laughed out loud at decor, got to be seen to be believed. Clean and cheap!" (97759837)

  "The only thing I can say in a negative form is the breakfast. There was no choice to have a traditional english breakfast, and while we were there, there were many english visitors. The english food that we could have had was poor, the boilded eggs were very hard, and not enough use of a toaster, it only held 4 pieces and the not worth the wait." (97562457)

  It was very spacious and clean and tidy

  "This was our first time here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were so helfull and very polite. The breakfast was great, didin't eat in the evenig as we likt going to different resturants. Would definatley recomend it to others and will stay here again. It was so convienent and central to the centre. Loved it. Thanx" (97975850)

  Convienient for our needs, comfortable, Clean and tidy.

  The only problem was the fact that the bar was a smoking bar and as none of us smoke it wasn't very nice, there wasn't even a non smoking area for us to take the children.

  The hotel is situated in the town, the prices are fair, children are welcome, the staff is friendly and good.

  hotel very clean , staff very freindly , all together good

  i was disapointed with not having tea & coffee facilities in the room , and the parking was exta 10 euros per night. the tea & coffee was 2 euros each which i find expensive and only available from reception during the day .i also prefer a double bed rather than 2 singles .

  Fantastic shower, clean bathroom, access to British TV for Olympics coverage, friendly and helpful staff, good bar.

  Shower tray could have been bigger.
