  "OK for short stay.." (108975241)

  It likes a apartment that has all fascilities to me . Kitchen and so on..Which I can make a choice to go out or cook to have food.

  Processing to check in and out.. becasue we are business prople, sometime Saturday and Sunday we need to travel so it is important to have operators to help us on this. Plus! we are Asian who do not get used to the Fr system.

  The hotel is very good located - onlz few steps from the railwazstations in Lille. Staff very nice and helpful. The room is clean and good equipped. Free internet is a very big plus!!! Anytime again

  I stayed 3 nights, but found only 2 shampoos in the bathroom.

  "Very pleasant stay, unfortunately we went to the wrong hotel at first and had to walk to find our hotel - but that was my fault." (107729438)

  Comfortable room with everything you could want in it.

  The fridge seemed not to work and the hairdryer I found difficult to use. The bath/shower base was very slippery and almost caused an accident.

  It was in an excellent central location at a very reasonable price.

  The main bedroom and bed could have been a little bigger, but for a few days stay this was not a major problem!

  I liked the convenience of location (a few steps to the mall, historic center of town and both high speed train and metro), the availability of high speed internet and the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and in general very helpful.

  The bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. Although I reported it twice, no one came to clear it. Also, I requested the use of an iron and ironing board. I never received it.

  "Visit overall very good. Would definitely return if visiting Lille again." (99624386)

  Centrally located and easy to walk to from Lille Europe station. Able to come and go as we pleased and arrange meals in or out as we wished. Clean and had everything we needed.

  Double bed rather small for 2 people and not very comfortable. Extractor fan not working in bathroom. Would like to have known before the stay that towels were to be provided.

  Rooms were clean and functional.

  Hotel was a little difficult to find.

  "As the price was so low, I expected something older and shabbier, but the room and everything in it was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area had all we needed. Also, becasue ther were many students coming in and out, I thougth there might be a lot of noise at night - but it was very quiet!" (99368670)

  very good location - close to Eurostar and Lille Europe.

  Key was difficult to use in the lock!
