  Right in the centre of Bruges. Good breakfast. Room was on two levels which was fine for us, but an elderly person would have struggled up the inside stairs.

  Had to request complimentary tea/coffee which appeared for one morning out of three only. No restaurant.

  Friendly service, very clean room.

  Two beds put together, breakfast not included and very expensive.

  "Lovely city but don't expect to pay less than double the going rate for absolutely anything in Bruges." (107809722)

  Right in the centre of town. Staff all speak English. Clean and tidy, if you have ever stayed in a Best Western before then you will know what to expect.

  Clipped parrot in reception was a sad site every time you entered of left the hotel. Horribly expensive for what you got both in terms of service and facilities. €3.50 for a filter coffee & €15 for a bread related breakfast sums the place up!! "Secure baggage storage" was an open room right next to the main entrance that remained unlocked and unmonitored throughout our stay.

  The toliet was not very clean.

  Great location; friendly staff; underground car park; lovely clean and spacious room.

  One point about the otherwise delicious breakfast - the bacon was rather streaky. It might be helpful to have a mat inside the bath as it became quite slippery when showering.

  We ordered a double room but when we arrived realised that we had two single beds pushed together which wasn't what we wanted.

  "Clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for all the sights.Parking under the hotel was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast could have contained a bit more choice rather than including champagne." (97213978)

  "the hotel is easy to find,both, online and on the ground. booking in online was simplicity itself,as was the arrival at the hotel. warm, welcoming and the hotel turned out to be right in the centre of all of the attractions that was the purpose of our visit to Brugge." (97991150)

  it was unusual to have 2 floors to a hotel room and it had very good parking facilities

  the bed was very soft and rather narrow, we are used to sleeping in a king size bed when we go to a hotel no shower curtain meant that water went everywhere when we tried to have a shower the toilet did not have an expelair fan which might have been a good idea!
