Personnel de réception accueillant, serviable, et trilingue. Petit déjeuner très varié et à volonté, servi dans une salle très spacieuse et très agréable. Bel Hôtel situé en bord de rhin.
Un seul petit bémol ! Les chambres côté RHIN sont bruyantes le matin si on entrouvre les fenêtres (Camions de livraison). Veiller à régler le chauffage au plus bas avant de s'endormir afin de ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre et être réveillé aux aurores !

Dichtbij het centrum van Keulen, ontbijt was goed
Geen uitzicht op Rijn, maar op afval, veel lawaai (maar niks aan te doen, was "lawaai van de stad"), douche/toilet was niet voldoende

Very handy to the old town and the action. Close to railway.Plenty of local retaurants and brauhauses. Close to the Rhine and ferries
Tiles falling off wall in bathroom (unhygenic and should have been repaired)(has been like it for some time). Noise from downstairs restaurant too loud and too late into the night.

Excellent location, food very good, a lift to all floors, views over the Rhine which is only a stones throw away, comfortable beds and good clean bathrooms.
Poor lighting in the two rooms we had, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

quaint, nice location, could buy water and food if needed on arrival, nice staff
terrible smell of damp in the bathroom which reached the bedroom. Room cold to begin with.

Hotel Kunibert der Fiese, Cologne commentaires"The Hotel was very clean and ideal for a few days stay. Easy to find from Cologne main train station and location ideal for sight seeing. Good selection of breakfast to start the day on. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. On a down side for some people would be the closeness of the railway station as you can hear the distant sound of the trains going over the Rhine - this didn't bother us though. Would definately stay there again if ever in Cologne." (97042203)

hotel tres bien situé
aucune solution correcte offerte pour garder les valises le jour du départ. le personnel n'a fait aucun effort. il a fallu qu'on les laisse à la gare. forte odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs.
