  Large spacious rooms, with good bathroom and nice to have a (small) balcony

  Lack of tea/coffe making facilities in the room. Would have prefered an English breakfast option

  "Fine, but not quite what I was hoping for." (107902115)

  Clean, helpful staff, conveniently located, easy parking.

  The ambiance of the room was not terrific for a couple traveling on vacation.

  The hotel staff were very efficient. The room was very clean,as was the whole area. Was a most pleasant stay.

  The fact knowing someone may have had a dog in the room previous,as dogs were allowed.

  Very conveniently positioned in the centre of Brugge, very clean, helpful staff, breakfast great value for money.

  Our room was at the back of the Hotel, so it was nice and peaceful, as the hotel is on the edge of one of the main squares, and perfect for visiting the city centre with easy on-site parking.it was great.

  The beds were too soft and we didn't have the option of a double bed offered to us

  "The frontage looks quite small in real life, check in was smoothwith the receptionist being helpful. the lift up to the rooms did not like taking more than 3 of us. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, the beds fairly comportable. We could have done with some tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast with plenty of coffee served in a pleasant atrium type room. Aall of the staff we encountered spoke excellent english. Would have liked somewhere to have a cup of tea,coffee etc without having to leave the hotel. Although no restaurant there were plenty on the opposite side of the square." (99358818)

  Clean

  Wool blankets are not quite nice to sleep under. Comforters are very mainstream in Hotels these days.
