Lovely country club with lots of available facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Unable to get reliable internet in our room- unsure why though. It is far away from everything so do need a car.

Modern, clean room. Food very good value for money and well presented.
Lots of noise in the corridors between 12.30am and 2am disturbed our night. Such a shame as everything else was good value for money. Did ask to be located in a quiet area so heavens knows what it was like elsewhere.

Good location, comfortable room, excellent leisure facilities, helpful staff. Nice and casual.
Quite a country club / golfers feel to it. No formality or formal dining. Suited me well, but might disappoint people who like a more formal hotel setting.

Very nice setting, facilities are exellent, all areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. The staff we had any dealing with were very nice and helpful. Could not fault anything.
We had nothing that we were unhappy about.

Great staff, great value, nice to have an early morning swim and sauna!
Didn't think much of the menus at the restaurant - pretty much 3 same menus rearranged. We also had a dent in the wall of our room... looks like someone tried to put their fist through it. Hard to repair easily I know, and the rest of the room was fine.

Room bit dusty, but otherwise good. Hotel on business park area, not found by Sat Nav. Lodge accommodation separate to where have to go to breakfast, so its a litte walk outside. Breakfast eaten in Clubroom area, so mix with people not staying at hotel, waiting to play golf, tennis etc. Pool was cold and bubble pool, even colder - disappointing. 2nd morning was busy for breakfast, a buffet style and not enough staff to cope - we never did get our toast!

The windows of the room were slightly steamed up which was a shame given the view over the golf course but it did not affect our stay.

The room was large, clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
We had to wait a while to get beverages at breakfast, which was a pity. This was the only negative point about our stay. It could be easily remedied by either giving guests individual pots of tea or coffee or having a central larger location for both, where they could help themselves.

Excellent Pool area.Very friendly staff.
Broken exterior pane in double-glazing though this did not affect us except for the fact that another golf ball hitting the window, (presumably this was the reason for the damage),would have caused smashed glass inside the room.Also we did think the dining-room lacked atmosphere for an evening meal and decided to eat elsewhere.

Staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome and the cleanliness was a major plus not enjoyed at all hotels. The view from the terrace in the morning following breakfast was fabulous overlooking the golf course. All in all, a most comfortable and enjoyable stay.

difficult to find at night. reception closed when we arrived but had been told it was 24 hours: noisy party on arrival. Inadequate table settings for breakfast, despite frequent requests.
