Wonderful staff, great breakfast, enough choice. Enough space to move around. Close by to ammenities, i.e. train station, shops, restaurants, secure parking off road
None really. It would have been good to have a second chair in the room, mainly as one of us had a bad back, but we were only in the room for limited periods so no really bad points at all

the room overall was clean, staff was pleasent and curtious. the shower was excellent
asked for extra tea, milk and bath towel to be put in room which was not carried out. would of prefered the option to be able to smoke in room, instead of having to go outside. the notice at reception stated that no evening meals on the sunday so we had to find our own evening meal only to find out on our return that the resturant had been open.

WALLS BETWEEN OUR ROOM AND THE NEXT WERE PLASTERBOARD MEANING THAT SOUND INSULATION WAS POOR. WE WERE WOKEN BY NOISE MADE BY PEOPLE ENTERING THE ADJOINING ROOM AT AROUND 1:30 IN THE MORNING.

Very noisy next to railway line. Stayed in room 101 (never again)something shook every time a train went by!

The whole place on entering had a very 70's feel about it. We had stayed at this hotel about five years ago and nothing had changed since then. A lick of paint would be good!!" (97645613)

The room was nice, and clean
The bed was the smallest double bed I have ever had the misfortune to try to sleep on - we both had to sleep on our sides in order not to evict one another!

Bridge House Hotel, Solihull commentaires"This is what I would call a Battery Hotel. It is poorly constructed - the corridor floorboards creak badly when simply being walked on. We had a few late night people going past and the noise from their passing woke us up repeatedly. The rooms are not only small but positively cramped. A Youth Hostel would have been more comfortable. The staff need more admin training - they tried to charge us for a breakfast we hadn't ordered and then argued that we had actually had breakfast even though we were checking out 10 minutes before they even started serving breakfgast to guests." Thre was no apology from the receptionist - the manager was unavailable - and I was required to pay in full for the one night I'd stayed." (99032618)
Friendly staff. The room was adequately equipped for the price and was perfectly comfortable. The restaurant menu was good and the evening meal very enjoyable.
The noise during the night; doors banging, guests talking and laughing, and footsteps tramping around until the small hours.

The food and service at the restaurant was very good.
There is no lift so you have to carry all luggage by stairs.
