Small, clean and tidy staff freindly. there if you needed them.
The bar did not have a good stock of drinks, and the person that was attending the bar in the evening on our return from an eveing meal was not exactly eager to take an order as he was busy on his mobile phone, eventually the order was taken but it made you feel that you were being a nuisance! all we wanted was a coffee and a liquiuer.

Best Western Le Renoir, Sarlat la Caneda commentaires"that certain rooms are adjacent and at street level to busy road thus it not being safe to keep windows open at any time.the traffic fumes also were a necessary reason to keep the windows shut at all times.the room was extremely hot thus air conditioning could have been available to eleviate the problem" (3304199609)
architecturely good and easy to find
the room did not have air conditioning and because it was ground floor and windows opened onto a busy street at footpath level they had to be kept shut the room and the breakfast room

Hotel was very conveniently placed and the communal areas, as well as the swimming pool, were very pleasant.
The room was very warm and quite uncomfortable during the night. It also had a distinct smell of smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room.

The center is carfree and nice to walk through. If the wheather is oke you can sit down by the pool of the hotel." (3304592188)
Very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is redecorated in 2003 in original Renoir style. It looks very nice. The breakfastbuffet is very good.
The hotel has no restaurant avaliable, except for breakfast. For meals you have to go to the center, which is a short drive. Free parking in the neighbourhood is very difficult. On 500 meters there is a paid parking (coins only)

The ones in the newer building (with the reception) are far superior. Make sure you specify air conditioning if that is a requirement because not all rooms have it. The staff range from very helpful to downright rude and obstinate. The breakfast was good. Note that there is street parking only, which is usually not a problem behind the hotel." (2571342)
The room we ultimately got (after rejecting the first two) was very spacious and pleasant.
Not all rooms are air conditioned, contrary to what is stated. The staff are not particularly accomodating.

Buen trato del personal, orden, limpieza, calidad en el desayuno, facil acceso a cualquier hora del dia o de la noche, muy centrico.
Cable del secador muy corto, garaje de pago para clientes, nadie habla castellano correctamente.

El desayuno fué deficiente en relación con el encanto del hotel.
No hay parking propio del hotel, aunque no tuvimos problemas de aparcamiento.

It was spacious and clean. Having two levels is very appealing.
There was a slight musty smell in room when we first arrived.
