  "Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de détails sur les différents types de chambres qui étaient proposés (suites) et leur prix. Nous aurions voulu avoir une possibilité de réservation en pension complète, ce qui n'a pu se faire que sur place. Malgré les remarques négatives, nous retournerons dans cet hôtel, confiant que certaines améliorations auront été apportées." (2778554)

  The Hotel was very well presented and the staff helpful and very polite.

  The room, although quite large was quite basic for a 4 star hotel.

  "I cannot sytop raving about the front desk staff, specially Morda (?). They were more than helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They anticipated and helped with every need." (99627808)

  The staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel was in a very good location, being so close to the grotto but what made the experience a most delightful was the service of the front desk staff.

  I was hoping for a regular shower in the room. It was European style - a tub with a hand held shower with no shower curtain.

  Location.

  Shower curtains would be nice. We ended up using more towels than normal because we got water on the floor, despite every attempt to not splash.

  "Before I visited the hotel, there is absolutely NO information about transportation. It costs me 20 Euro to get from the airport to the hotel by taxi (which i think is a rip off). There is a bus that goes to the train station next to the side entrance of the Basilica right around the corner of the hotel. Continental breakfast of 7 Euro means a couple of petit baugette and a cup of coffee. There is no fridge in the hotel room but then, there is nothing you need to buy that need to be stored. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous." (2147027)

  The location is perfect. It is almost next to the Basilica. The room is spacious and clean. There is a balcony with locked and sound-proofed windows. The bathroom is large and bright. Although there is no shower curtains, the shower head is adjustable to reduce the splash that might otherwise lead to flooding.

  Keys are in open areas where everyone seemed to be able to gain access. Breakfast is way too expensive.

  "Staff ready to help and assist with parking vehicle a short walk away from the Hotel. I never knew Lourdes had so many hotels in such a small bustling and busy area. With all the street bunting and signs it was a little difficult to find. A detailed map showing not just the position of the hotel but how to quickly reach it from the appropriate direction would be very useful." (1412603)

  Difficult to find. Called 'Moderne' but this not used in hotel signage outside.
