  "L'emplacement de l'hôtel, au centre ville proche du musée des beaux arts et du guggenheim, est vraiment idéal. Par contre, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je trouve que le petit déjeuner ainsi que la décoration et la propreté des chambres laissent vraiment à désirer. Il y a un grand fossé entre le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel : très design et les chambres ..." (97033852)

  je recherche encore la salle SPA et la plaquette ou le système de présentation de l'hôtel ... Pour un hôtel de ce standing, les wc fuyaient et mieux vaut laisser les rideaux fermés pour ne pas voir la vue déplorable.

  "The hotel rooms were a good size and comfortable. The reception staff were efficient, but not especially friendly. The hotel cafe was nice, the cakes and coffees were very good but the main meal were very poor and I don't believe that it was just us being fussy as I watched some Spainish people speaking to the staff about the quality of their food. We liked the hotel but elected to eat outside." (99390604)

  "This hotel is to be recommended, the staff are efficent and helpful, the room was lovely, the central locaion was very good, the food was very good also. Breakfast not included and parking extra which is a pain but seems to be the norm in most hotels on the continent. Hotel near all the shops. Bull festival starting day we were leaving seemed like it was going to be a lot of fun, good time to go there if was going again!" (99596841)

  Clean, friendly, cafeteria next door very nice, room service prompt and quality excellent. 15 minute walk to Guggenheim

  "I was thrilled with the location, as I specifically went to see the Guggenheim and tour Bilbao. I was very pleased and everyone on your staff was fabulous. Everyone." (99710181)

  I just loved it. The room was grand; the food was fabulous. It was my birthday and everyone was so nice. I am looking forward to returning to Bilbao.

  I did not dislike anything.
