  we ordered taxi the evening before arrival, to the airport. the taxi shuld be there at 1015. at 1040 had the taxi stil not arrived! The portieer did not take our worrieness seriously! my mom at age 76 found by her selv a taxi in the street at 1045! Such should not happens at 4 star hotels.

  Location excelent

  My room was too small and my friends paid the same rate for bigger rooms.

  Location to the sights of Rome

  It didn't include breakfast.

  "The hotel is in a great situation for sightseeing. There are many shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets. At night there was no outside noise. The hotel bar closes at 9pm which seemed rather early. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was good value for money." (99225045)

  Accomodation was clean and well decorated.
