Clean and well maintained. Storage of luggage at sister hotel the Belvedere
No TV cfontrol. Double glazing woul help reduce noise from the street.

Good value for London, handy for station and able to leave lugggage for day.
Breakfast staff not very efficent or intrested in Guests tending to stay chatting in kitchen rather than assist guests.

It is centrally located
The hotel is shabby; the room was cold and noisy; there was no water in the morning to have a shower; the breakfast was awful; the staff made no attempt to solve the problem of tghe shower nor to compensate for such a disgraceful service.

Located close to tube station and restaurants. Facilities were clean.
Expecting traditional English breakfast (per Nayland website). We were served a continental breakfast instead.

nice hotel and atmosfear. Perfectly allocated.
Our room was at the penthouse (really nice by the way), and was terrible noisy due to the fan over roof all nights. I guess that this fan system was for the complete hotel air conditioner

The staff were polite and friendly, and checking in/out was a quick and easy process. Despite the room being nicely turned out, and in good working order, it was tiny given the money. And the continental breakfast had a poor food choice and wasn't open for long enough for one who was on holiday and might enjoy a lie in." (97110029)

Nayland Hotel, London commentaires"The hotel provides the bare minimum. It's a great location, but a bit pricey .. but it is in London, so.. The phone in the room didn't work, which was a bother. They allow you to keep your luggage there for free after check-out which is helpful as it costs rather a lot to store luggage at Paddington. I would recommend the hotel to someone who needs only the bare minimum." (97484629)

A lot of furniture crammed into a small space. Shower only-- no bath.

The location was great. Very close to the Paddington train station.
The room was small but adequate. The staff was less than enthusiastic. Seemed apathetic.

Room was changed to a very small room on arrival, Hotel staff did however move my stuff to another bigger room the next day. On arrival I told the night manager that I only would stay for 2 nights. On the day of my departure the hotel wanted payment for three days
