Very helpful and friendly staff. A warm welcome. Rooms very clean with plenty of towels, tea, coffee etc. Good food.

Very friendly welcome and during stay. Lovely breakfast. Free wi-fi. Freeview in rooms. 10 minutes walk to Central pier and shops.
Room would be a little small for two people for more than a couple of nights.

friendly welcome on arrival ,breakfast was lovely allun and sue was very friendly would stay there again.
only one complaint and that would be if i was being picky would be the it was hard to get the shower temp right.

Very friendly welcome & atmosphere. Clean room & good breakfast. Walking distance to seafront yet situated in quiet location.
Room was quite "snug" (but served its purpose & was clean.)

Great, friendly staff, service was excellent and breakfast was even better!!
Only bad point is parking problem, but that's Blackpool in general and not a fault of the hotel.

the room was bright and airy,with plenty of space. coffee/tea making facilities were plentiful. bathroom had good shower and was of good size.

The manager was really nice and accomodating! she was very approachable and i wuld definately use the hotel again just from my experience with her.
nothing, the parking was an issue but that was something i knew i had to take into consideration.

The Chelston hotel was a great place to stay. Very friendly atmosphere. The room was spotless and the breakfast was definitely worth getting up for.
