Quick clean comfortable good value with breakfast very helpful chef and obliging
lots of overhead noise banging and jumping so not quiet for sleep Some staff were not able to understand my english? ( I am english!)

We couldn't find fault with anything. Everything spotless and friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, everything fresh and not warmed over.

Clean facility, coffee shop, lobby, bathroom
Wish you had free wireless internet access - available in most US hotels. Wish that the transportation to the hotel was more convenient - US hotels (in such close proximity) generally provide free pick and drop off (perhaps we have been spoiled).

The room was very clean, and in a good size to stay. The staffs were kind, pleasant and they did care about customers.
My friend and I had a lot of luggages to carry, but the room was too far from the lift.

The room was very confortable. I found the staff were friendly and helpful. Due to my early start the next morning I did not have time to sample the breakfast menu but as I had previously stayed in a Premier Inn in Manachester I know the breakfast is of the best variety and quality. I would certainly stay again in a Premier Inn Hotel and would reccommend friends and family to stay in their hotels if the need arose.

Premier Inn London Heathrow, London commentaires"We used the hotel for an extra 2 day stopover to see London before flying on to Chicago and Canada. A bit far out of town but a bus ride to the Piccadilly line took us straight into the city. Allow plenty of time to get into the city. Airport just 10 mins away by taxi." (108740916)
Busy hotel but plenty of room, large lobby with lots of places to sit and quiet lounge to relax in after an evening meal. Good to have a coffee bar as well as a restaurant. Large restaurant, excellent food and good value for money. Buffet, all you can eat breakfast, very good value for 7.95. Rooms basic but clean and quiet for an airport hotel.
Basic rooms, no clock radio by the bed. Limited TV channels and no pay per view movies available. Hotel shuttle to the airport would have been good. Hoppa bus 4.00 each person, cheaper to get a taxi for 4 of us at 12.00.

Excellent staff, efficient service, very good food
Sound insulation between floors could be better or a little more consideration from noisy guests on 1st.& 2nd. Floors! Tea, coffee & milk in particular poor quality within the room.

could use more signage to the elevator on the 2nd floor, and a short concrete ramp up from the driveway to the bus stop for people with rolling luggage

the reception was badly organised.we had pre booked 4 weeks in advance. we asked for easy acsess room .was put in room 1119 a long way away, even when our turn came we waited at reception desk fot 15 mins.

clean, efficient
no ice, no top sheet on bed, no wash cloths, no bar of soap, do not like the liquid soap dispenser, no electic outlet for the computer if you use the kettle, please provide an outlet for the business traveler, internet charge too high per day when it costs nothing

it took one hour of standing in line between 10 and 11 pm to check in. I don't know why the process was so slow but needless to say, at that time of night we were already exhausted. Then we went to the bar for food and the hamburger came out so well done it was rock hard. We were so tired that we ate it anyway but it may have been the worse hamburger i've eaten

Very cheap. Incredible price with breakfast and car park. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. Car park is wide enough.
Booking was not processed. We wait for a long time at the reception. The receptionist entered wrong room type.

cleanliness, attention to detail, rooms were completely smoke-free. It was a very stress-free stay near Heathrow airport
Cannot really call it bad, but cafe/store seems understaffed and needs more items (for example, the advertised wash bags).
