the bathroom was not cleaned properly from the first day. The bath itself was not cleaned and the floor had a ball of hair when I checked in which accumulated over 3 days until I got rid of it myself.

Vincci Selección Canela Golf, Ayamonte commentaires"Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay. You should let people know that it is a distance from downtown and the beach but we had a car so it was not a problem for us. The hotel itself made up for those minor flaws." (99594093)
We were quite impressed and pleasantly surprised with the hotel overall in terms of cleanliness, value,and total presentation.

"We used the hotel for a base whilst looking at property in the area with a view to purchase, staying Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. We had breakfast but no other meals. We didn't use the gym or swimming pool, which looked tempting but we had little time. The rooms were spacious, the view of the golf course from the room was fine and room service was quick and efficient. The best thing about this hotel is undoubtedly the people who work there - all those we met really were ultra friendly, helpful and efficient." (97737735)
The service was outstanding - 100% friendly and 100% efficient - it really could not be bettered.
The rivueltas was revolting! - seriously, the scrambled eggs really need to be freshly made. This was the only glitch in a very nice breakfast presentation. We would also have appreciated the classic UK tea/coffee facility in the room....but we were not in the UK!
