  Location

  Small bathroom, No toilet paper and only 1 tissue! Excessively hot..had to leave window open all night.

  Helpful staff. Close to Metro. Well appointed breakfast room. Clean bed linen every day. One week use of WiFi for EUR 15 was excellent value.

  Leaking Shower Tray and awkward shower entry (partially blocked by WC, but certainly far from the worst experienced elsewhere in Paris). Grubby carpet in bedroom (though some rooms had carpets cleaned while we were there). Bed was hard compared with personal preference.

  "great staff, good value for money, within walking distance of lots of major land marks eg. eiffel tower. Baths are useless for over 8s but overall a great clean helpful and enjoyable place to stay." (99656685)

  size of bathroom. the bath was a joke and should be change for a shower only the loo was to close the facing wall

  The staff was friendly and helped us with our needs as they occured.

  They rooms were small, with only a shower that an average person could just fit in.

  Location was excellent with easy access to Eiffel tower, Metro and Restaurants. Staff very helpful, clean and all faciolities reqired of leisure traveller

  Bed was hard - didn't sleep well.

  "When the renovations are complete, I believe the hotel would be very nice; however, due to the renovations currently in progress, we were disappointed in this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. However It appeared that our room had not been used in some time as it was extremely dusty even inside the wardrobe. The air conditioner did not work, the bathroom fixtures and tile were dull as if they had not been used in a while, the wardrobe was falling apart and the towels looked tattered. Since the hotel was being renovated, we accepted it as a result of some of the construction, but we were highly disappointed. In addition to this, the hallway on our floor was cluttered with construction material; it is my opinion that the construction material should be stored out of site of the guests." (2382392)

  The hotel is centrally located to such sites as the Eiffel Tower and Invalides

  The hotel was undergoing renovation when we were there So I would hope that many improvements are in progress.
