  "Really an excellent stay at a well-run hotel, clearly intended for businessmen, but which worked well for us with young children; thank you!" (108514066)

  Excellent staff. Madame on reception was extremely helpful on the telephone, discussing details of our booking, and very welcoming when we arrived. Also the night porter: friendly and helpful. And the man in charge next day, too. Excellent breakfast; very good value.

  Turned up by mistake at the 'other' Balladins hotel, just around the corner, where the receptionist, chewing gum and talking on the phone, was in no hurry to help and gave us incorrect directions to the correct hotel. In the end, a hotel guest took pity on us and explained how to find it.

  "bien dans l'ensemble dommage qu'il n'existe pas de restaurant avec l'hotel mais a proximité des restaurants permettent de combler cette carence" (2172922)

  excellent service,disponibilité du personnel,chambre reposante et calme en soirée

  bruyances sonores constatées dans la journée lors du passage du passage du personnel pour le netoyage des chambres dans le même couloir

  Hot water failed - no hot shower, but these things can happen any where, it did not put me off the hotel!

  "Finding the hotel from the highway was difficult and the industrial park it was in was like a maze. However, once we were there, getting back on the highway was easier. When we arrived, we had to hunt down the desk clerk. Once she was at the desk, she was informative and helpful. The room was small, not particularly attractive, but neat and clean." (2011014)

  Clean, neat and quiet.

  Hard to find. The desk clerk was also hard to find.

  The directions on the internet were misleading. I got lost with directions.
