  Staf were helpful and reacted quickly when we pointed out that there was a leak in the bathroom of the room we were first placed in, and we swapped rooms quickly. They were also helpful with local advice. There was a good selection of food on offer for breakfast.

  I found the bed uncomfortable. Also there seemed to be a severe mosquito problem in the hedge beneath our window, which meant that if you opened the window at night you were sure to be bitten. I must have sustained at least 10 bites on the first two nights of our stay and my husband was also bitten quite a few times.

  Good claen hotel ideal for tourists to Brugges

  None really but it is a good walk from the centre

  Being able to check in at 11.45 was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Access by car was difficult due to road work - would have been nice to be warned, and given alternative route to hotel.

  modern and clean

  no food served other than breakfast - no restaurants close by and Brugge centre a good 30 minute walk.

  "the hotel in nice and new, the rooms are ok and the bar is nice, the staff are very friendly" (97937106)

  fresh and new and also had satalite TV

  No restaurant but there is one over the road but would have rather stayed in the hotel itself

  Parking for car in front of hotel - very important in Brugge. Ten to fifteen minute walk to train station for buses and trains. Clean and modern.

  No privacy in first floor rooms facing parking lot. No frills for price.

  "It should be shown onthe booking site, that this is a non-smoking hotel." (99453716)

  Very central placement.

  The breakfast was a bad experience - no staff at all in the restaurant - monday morning I had to ask to get the items for breakfast out from the kitchen - there was only bread - no butter, no cheese - nothing!

  "The hotel was clean and adequate for my short stay. If i was staying longer i would have liked a few more comforts such as a kettle in my room." (99200575)

  Quiet and peaceful

  No kettle in bedroom, items like soap and shower gel not replenished once used.
