Sun Hotel, Brussels commentaires"Verlegung in der NAcht vor Anreise in deutlich schlechteres Hotel - Mitteilung um 4:00 nachts per e-Mail wegen Wasserschaden. Konnte durch Telefonae meinerseits korrigiert werden Hotel war mit 3 Sternen bezeichnet - ÜN Preis ohne Frühstück 65€. Bad und Zimmer waren winzg und minderwertig ausgestattet - bestenfalls als Hostel zu bezeichnen. " (108613912)

Good location near many EU offices, and with an environment of real Brussels ambience. Although the breakfast was a modest continental one, the service was very good.
Very noisy. My room was above the reception quarters, and probably there was a loud conversation going on all night (first night of my stay). I could not sleep properly. The second night was easier.

Sun Hotel, Brussels commentaires"I expected a little bit more from the installations of the hotel but the staff's performance compensated it. Belgium is a rather safe country, so the firt impressions from the hotel's entrance street were soon forgotten." (97115552)
The staff and overall customer's service is excellent.
The entrance of the hotel is located at an alley but at a 4 minutes walk from a main street.

Very simple but clean hotel. Close to everything. Good value for money

Sun Hotel, Brussels commentaires"It was a fair hotel, without luxury but fine. The only think I would like to have known before, is that is not easy to take breakfast in another nearby place. Because the breakfast was not included in the price, and it was just continental breakfast offered, you could think before beeing there that you go out and take an international breakfast somewhere else. But it's dificult to find a place near the hotel on a sunday morning." (99170547)
The excellent performance of the staff. They were very helpful and nice.
That there weren't a curtain to take a shower and the bathroom floor went wet.

having an ensuite shower/basin was really good. The hotel is in a central location and its relatively easy to access the city.(its also on the night bus route which is great if you fancy a really good night out)
hot water ran out for an hour one morning and so I had to have a cold shower.
