  tres bonne position dans la ville, tres calme et spacieux, belle vue

  The breakfast was quiet expensive, the overview said 19.90 euros, we assumed for 2 days. Not related to the roomprice at all.

  Very well situated for quickly exploring the historic centre of Ghent - we didn't have much time. Quiet - good night's sleep important after long journey and prospect of long journey the next day. Comfortable, clean room with everything we needed and decent bed/bedding. VERY helpful staff who sorted out the one small problem we had which was with parking. They spoke excellent English. Decent buffet breakfast.Would defintitely use this hotel if I wanted a longer stay in Ghent which is a most impressive city and temptng to revisit for a longer period

  These are RELATIVE. We got a bit lost finding the hotel but this was probably our fault. Car parking space is limited and rather difficult to access. If you want to park your car at the hotel, I would reserve a space if possible. The staff on reception were most helpful in finding us a space and guiding us in when we got a bit lost. Hotel itself an interesting, individual building and a bit of a rabbit warren - might not suit those who are not very mobile, wheel chair users etc.
