  Good location. staff helpful re restaurants. Very close to metro which is excellent. Staff have not much knowledge of Italy's national day and what attractions there my have been to attend.

  "Overall this was a fine, functional hotel. We picked it for its excellent location to the Malpensa airport shuttle/train, as well as thesubway. Staff and amenities were fine. Cost reasonable. They could devote more effort to mainenance, but most things were clean, functional, and generally nice." (99461266)

  Great location to Malpensa Airport train and bus. Nice quiet outside courtyard to relax in. Free internet terminal - very important for international travel.

  Airconditioner only worked during the day. What's this? The time people are mainly in the rooms are at night! Also the door handle to the bathroom fell off. The room itself was in great condition, so this was surprising.
