Nice breakfast, good central location within easy reach of the city centre.
Car parking relatively pricey but nice, clean and secure. Internet signal variable and performance in my room variable. Sufficient to send short e-mails (no good for lots of web browsing or voice calls).

Location - very close to main train station. Ease of use and speed of WiFi connection.
Location - area looks dangerous late at night. No tea or coffee making facilities in bedroom. Room was a bit small. People were smoking in the bar.

Especially, we were happy with the breakfast buffet, everything was good. And the service staf was very polite and quiet.
Unfortunately, ı will never say * good and clean * for room cleaning. The sheets were not clean, and ı think, they were not changed, there was only one soap,there werent any shower cab and sew kit. Ithink, these are essentials.

In 1. Nacht Zimmer mit Dauerlärmbelästigung, so dass ich nach 2 Beschwerden beim Empfang um 3 Uhr nachts um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten habe, was ich dann auch bekam, allerdings keinerlei andere "Wiedergutmachung".

Location is good---close to the Bahnhof. Breakfast was quite good.
Carpet was not very clean. Lighting was barely adequate. I could smell tobacco smoke at night, even though it was a "nonsmoking" room.

Langschläfer-Frühstücksbüffet, Reichhaltigkeit des Büffets, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Internetrechner im Foyer
Matratzen schlecht, Lärm durch Baustelle und Diskothek, Bad sehr klein, Duschabtrennung zu klein, so dass Bad nach dem Duschen komplett unter Wasser.

I was told upon arrival of the noise of the event and given the opportunity to move to a sister hotel on that evening. I did opt to move but was not told of the extra cost of doing so. Very helpful staff! Good location.
Room was very warm and there was no way to cool it without enduring the street noise by opening the window. Making fans available would be helpful. Even though the room was non-smoking, smoke from other smoking areas comes into the room through the air vents.

Musik aus der Bar drang ins Zimmer vor obwohl wir im 3ten Stock waren (wurden danach aber sofort in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt)
