The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean to every detail and perfectly presented. Dinner reservations ensured a table was available in the well-appointed restaurant and the food was perfect. A little more attention to customers prior to seating in the restaurant would have made the experience perfect. This hotel should and will be recommend to friends and family as an ideal spot for a break from the fast pace of working life. A perfect retreat. " (108993270)
The hotel is beautiful and all the facilities are up-to-date and in perfect condition. The room was clean and beautifully presented. The hotel restaurant was a pleasure and the food was devine.
The house-keeper was slightly over ambitious in her timing to address the room for the next customer and the waiting procedure for a restaurant meal was a little confusing. More customer information would have been helpful and a clearly appointed restaurant manager and service point would have made a world of difference.

Nice hotel, in good condition, everything required was in the room. I had a double bed, which was good. This made up for the room being a bit small. Good decor. Nice setting, gardens. The food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was that I was at a different table for breakfast and dinner over the three days. I didn't actually book dinner, only bed & breakfast, but did let the hotel know in advance that I would be having dinner. The last night at dinner I was put at a table in the middle of the floor - as a woman dining on her own I felt self-conscious, would have preferred to sit at the side or back, where I felt less conspicuous, which had happened on the two previous nights.

The staff were very attentive and the hotel was clean.
My hubby and I had dinner in the brasserie on three of the four nights we stayed at the creebridge house hotel, which was excellent. Our first evening meal was in the dining room, which was far too bright for an evening meal and very quiet, even though it was quite busy. The menu is the same in the brasserie and dining room but the brasserie had atmosphere.

The hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Location of hotel was good.
Considering the cost of the hotel i would have expected the rooms to be a little better, the bathroom was in bad need of a lick of paint and in general the hotel looks like it could do with a bit of a refurbishment.

I was a solo lady traveller, all the staff were very friendly and attentive and never once did I feel uncomfortable. The room was of a high standard with plenty of tea/coffee, TV, hair drier. The food was wonderful. I wish I had been on holiday and not on a business trip - I would liked to have stayed for longer." (97840314)

Overall very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Room was good but bathroom disappointing.
Main problem was the condition of the bathroom, it was clean but in need of renovation.

Very good food maybe a slighly wider choice of wines could be made good bar and lounge sitting areas, newspapers to read" (97436784)

All public rooms are welcoming , comfortable and restful. Staff in diing room at dinner VG for a single person.
People using mobile phones in the dining room( brasserie). I felt as though I shared my meal with a loud voice througout. A real bore for all around

great staff and fantastic food, felt we were a million miles away from home not just an hour down the road!
room were a bit cold but heating was on a timer and fine when it came on.
