  "Even though the hotel is situated 1,5 km from city centre, it is not a problem because it is easy to get a taxi and taxis are cheap." (97688785)

  The view to the mountains. The modern facilities.

  That you have to pay for use of wireless internet. That we had to ask the staff to fill up several of the dishes on the breakfast buffet.

  "i would like to have known that there would be no english speaking newspapers, the television had only CNN as an english speaking channel and i needed a spanish phrase book to communicate with the staff better. The card to get into my room only worked on one occasion. I ordered room service in the evening and the tray was left in my room all night with food left on it. The room was excellent and I liked the hairdryer and all the extras that were left in the bathroom, shower gel, toothpaste etc. I used the lounge quite a bit but didn't know how to get coffee. According to literature it was available at the bar but no signs to say if you could help yourself or not. Overall an excellent hotel to stay at and I would use it again." (97588261)
