  I needed help with a dental problem (abscessed tooth)and you front desk clerk was unbelievable helpful in contacting and arranging a dental appointment for me. I will recommend the hotel to others.

  "Hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly & accommodating! Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was a great size! Food in the bar was very tasty & taxis were easily available! It is not in killarney town but literally only a 5 min drive away!" (97765390)

  Hotel was spotless, rooms perfect with a great touch of 2 1/4 bottles of wine! Never seen that before, especially in a 3 star hotel!

  The staff were friendly

  It was desceibed as if there were a leisure centre & there wasn't & the room was nothing like the picture

  "hotel was top quality.room service was spot on and staff were lovely.we made a complaint before leaving friday night for our night out about the mussels (104) was our room but never followed up." (97721113)

  everything was top quality except for the mussels i had on arriving off the bar menu.an absolute disgrace

  we had a great stay only for the food in the bar before our night was gone off because two of our party had mussels and got sick.

  Hassle free staynabd friendly staff

  We found the room a bit too hot and a bit stuffy due to being on the ground floor and couldn't really leave the window open.Also the veiw out of the window was not pleasant.

  "Very comfortable room, and pleased with the hotel in general, however for the price, and given its star rating: 1.) Disappointed to discover on arrival that the leisure facilities were closed - this was not disclosed during the booking procedure, nor was a discount offered. 2.) Although very well decorated, the bathroom in our room did not have anywhere to hang the towels. 3.) Breakfast was not included in the price: we had to ask for a special price for a Continental breakfast as they quoted us full price for this; milk and butter were not brought to our table; the music played during breakfast was a Beyonce song on a continuous loop, over and over again - designed to ensure we did not stay long? 4.) The duvet on our bed was 15 tog - far too warm for the Summer." (99400503)

  "Wec liked the price and the location of the hotel.We requested a room next to the lift when we were booking online and our room was nearest to the lift when we arrived.One of the lifts was not working and both public phones were not working. I like a warm room in a hotel but ours was extremely hot. The receptionist wasn't rude but yet she was not overly friendly either. The breakfast was very nice." (99776929)

  The friendly staff, always helpfull

  Stayed in room 211, coaches parking under window waiting for guests to get on sometimes leaving engine running, bit early 6.30 am

  "The hotel on the whole was good and value for money for B&B, its a shame it is on a main road but it wasn't noisy. The rooms where comfortable though we felt could do with brittening up and a lick of paint. The bar was good and the bar food good. We felt that the evening meals in the resturant where a bit pricy and it would have been good to have the carvery in the evenings too as well as at lunchtime as most holiday makers are out during the day. The bar food includes chips with every meal, it would have been good to be able to have a roast meal and veg in the evening at a reasonable price! The breakfasts were very substantial and hot. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will probably be using Killarney Court again next year as our son is getting married in Knocknagree in August so the family will probably be staying there but we will need quite a few rooms."   easy to find, comfortable and friendly. bar food good and reasonably priced, breakfasts very good.

  resturant food expensive for evening meal. Coaches running their engines for a long time outside room early in the mornings, sometimes before 7.30 am when they didn't leave until after 8 am

  Easy walking into town centre

  Poor service. When asking for a sandwich at 9.00 pm we were told no food wasd available. the bar menu states food until 9.30pm.

  Accomodation was very good and the hotel in general was very clean.

  The cooked breakfast was poor and some plates were chipped. Hairdryer in room worked occasionally.

  "It is an adequate hotel, the rooms and fittings are well used and becoming grubby. A chair in our room nearly collapsed when my wife sat on it and on examination we noticed a cross piece was missing making it unstable. We told reception but it wasn't replaced during our stay.   room decor dull. could have done with a head rest on the bath. ordered breakfast in room but didn't arrive.but was quiet and pleasant in other ways.

  the heating in the room was not working, when i asked the girl at the reception desk she said i had to turn it on. i dont consider turning on a rad rocket science but i could not get any heat from the small radiator in the room. i would have at least expected her to get a staff member to have a look. it was a particularly cold night and the least i would have expected after paying 90 euros for the room was some heat... the room was number 331.
