  "Nothing really as we have visited Lanzarote many times and new a little about the palya club" (99692063)

  the situation of it and the friendly staff

  the fact that the first week we had to ask for our bedding to be changed & our towels had only been changed once. Also the mattresses were extemely firm

  "I would have liked to know what equipment was provided / available to hire in apartments. I now know only a toaster is provided free however, kettle, microwave, cot, dvd.cd etc can all be hired from reception. These apartments are in an ideal location off main promenade. Ideal for people wanting to be close to bars/Restaurants etc." (99962466)

  Apartment very clean but basic. Although some updating work was going on during our stay. May 07

  Kettle, microwave etc should be included in price. (but are available to hire)

  "As mentioned already the staff were very helpful and friendly and the reception is open 24 hours. The Spa on site was wonderful and the 50% reduction for residents on its use made it very reasonable. Sheets and towels changed frequently and cleaning most days (including Christmas day!)A nice touch of a bottle of Fizz, box of chocolates and card from the management on Christmas day. There was a hairdryer in the apartment but no kettle! and we were told we could hire a kettle for the duration, but that there were no kettles provided for anyone. We were not happy with a ground floor apartment and were given a choice of 3 others without hesitation. We noted that the standards varied as some apartments hadn't been updated. We found the resort quiet, despite its closeness to the main street. Overall a very nice resort befitting its 2 'keys' :-)" (99897686)

  No kettle and only one English channel on the television (Irish Sky News!)

  Our accommodation was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent, could not do enought for us.

  It was just a little bit dated, and generally needs a lift. I feel if it was decorated you would have a fantastic hotel!!!!! it has everything else.
