The hotel is situated in the peaceful district of Niederrathen, away from through traffic. Please note that the hotel cannot be directly accessed by car. If your car has a navigation system, enter Bahnhof in Kurort Rathen (railway station in the spa town Rathen) as your destination. Please follow these directions: At the Dresden West (A4 motorway) triangle, change onto the new A17 motorway and continue towards Pirna/Prug. Exit the motorway at Pirna, then follow the signs for Pirna B172/Felsenbühne. In Pirna, drive towards Bad Schandau (not Bastei). When you reach the petrol station (Pirna Sonnenstein), turn left and continue towards Rathen. Upon exiting Struppen, turn left, then right straight away. Continue towards Rathen. Drive through Thürmsdorf and Weißig towards Rathen. In Oberrathen, you can leave your car in the free public parking lot directly next to the Elbe river. Take the ferry to the other side of the Elbe. You will find the hotel on the right-hand side. Please feel free to call the hotel if you need help with your luggage. If you are travelling by train, descend at Dresden Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) or Dresden Neustadt. Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line 1 for Schöna and descend at Kurort Rathen (spa town Rathen). The ferry which will take you to the other side of the river Elbe is 200 metres from the railway station.
