  Das Hotel war sauber, Personal war sehr freundlich. Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse

  Es war nicht immer Personal an der Rezeption, mussten einige Zeit das jemand an die Rezeption kam.

  "As stated above, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating with most of our requests. Having elderly relatives with me,it was difficult for them to make choices regarding evening meals etc, and English or pictorial information would have been beneficial. Overall, an enjoyable time was had by all members of the party." (99054909)

  Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. There was a good sized well lit car park and the breakfast selection was good.

  There was no literature in English. The hotel was out of theway if you had no means of transport. There was no facility to exchange money.
