  Location was excellent.

  view from room and noise from others wasn't great, but it's in a city.

  Bien placé - Bonne surveillance sécuritaire - Bon état du sanitaire -

  L'ascenseur de petit volume et surtout entre deux étages avec un dégagement réduit entre deux marches - Moquette de la chambre tachée et dans un état déplorable -Saleté des portes de la salle de bains,d'entrée, du placard (qui d'ailleurs se trouvait tel une verrue très gênant au milieu du passage ) et aussi de la fenêtre - Etat précaire des revêtements des murs - Vétusté de la chambre.Beaucoup de bruit la dernière nuit.

  "Friendly staff, despite them losing a piece of luggage for three hours! On balance it is good value for the centre of Paris. The cleanliness and brightness of the bathrooms made up to some extent for the inferior bedroom. The bedrooms at the front of the hotel with balcony were superior to those at the back which were gloomy. The location is good with its close proximity to metro, shops, restaurants and tower montparnasse with its great views from the 56th floor." (97655245)

  The bathrooms were of very good standard, very clean and bright.

  Apart from bathrooms accommodation was down at heel and rooms at the back of the hotel were dark. Fire hazard. There did not seem to be any way out in event of an emergency. Very slow check out - one guest ahead of us was the main cause but there was only one receptionist.

  "I would be up front with people who considered staying at the hotel. I would let them know that the staff, the price, and the location were real assests. I would warn them them that the standards were low for decor upkeep. The food was adequate, but the breakfast room was claustrophobic." (97051861)

  The staff was courteous, pleasant, inteligent, and very helpful. The location was what we wanted. The bathroom was clean. We liked the view and the colors of the room decor.

  The shower was so small that if a person turned around one would hit the water lever and the water would turn off. The furniture is deteriorating, as well as the bedspread, wallpaper, and the carpet. The carpet looked dirty with lots of spots.

  "Nettes Hotel, sehr Zentral gelegen und das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Badezimmer war brandneu sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein aber fuer unseren Zweck mehr als ausreichend. Ich wuerde jederzeit wieder dort buchen." (99623348)

  Room confortable. Well situated. Good valu for money.

  Refurbishing in process. Common areas in bad conditions (staircase, elevator, breakfast room). Breakfast rather poor.
