Situate a 800 metri dai negozi di Princes Street, queste eleganti e favolose suite site nel centro di Edimburgo dispongono di una TV a grande schermo con selezione di DVD, di una docking station per iPod e di accappatoi di lusso.

  La gentilezza,la disponibilità,la cortesia,l'inappuntabilità e l'estrema correttezza dello staff. Anche se il mio arrivo,a causa di uno sciopero,è stato posticipato di 24 h senza neanche che lo chiedessi non mi è stata conteggiata la notte relativa. Al di là di questo particolare tutte le richieste da me fatte sono state esaudite con estrema rapidità.Ho viaggiato molto ma devo dire che questa struttura ed il suo personale merita un voto che non ho mai dato : 10 e lode!!!

  Il residence e' in una buona posizione in un quartiere residenziale, tranquillo e silenzioso. Gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi, arredati con gusto/eleganza e dispongono di molti conforts.

  Lo staff un po' freddo e distante nella relazione interpersonale. Non esiste nessuna soluzione per I fumatori, nemmeno un posacenere all'esterno.

  Alloggio elegante, ottima posizione

  Un alloggio così importante non può avere delle luci così fioche, la considero una sciatteria, la sera era impossibile leggere e poi basta bagni senza bidet! Ogni volta ti devi fare una mezza doccia

  We had a wonderful two nights of stay at the Chester Residence. We actually booked only one night and we liked it so much that we wanted to stay another night. The staff were great and very accommodating. The apartment were newly remodeled with the latest state of the art equipment in the kitchen, flat screen TV in all the rooms, very nice living room, and our beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms had a towel warmer, which is a plus and radiant heated floors in the living area. This place is amazing! I will recommend this place to our families and friends.

  Absolutely fabulous! I've never filled in one of these feedback forms before but this place was so good I felt I had to. Stayed here with my partner and parents and the apartment exceeded our expectations and requirements.The extra touches like the expresso maker, Sky Plus HD, surround sound throughout the apartment, and the umbrellas by the front door, all served to make our stay extra special. The staff were excellent too, friendly, attentive, efficient and available at all times to put right even the smallest problem. Great value for money too, no way could you get a hotel of this calibre for the price in Edinburgh.

  I cannot fault it.

  We received a warm welcome and the staff were friendly and effecient throughout our stay. Accomodation was spacious, the decor was stylish and beautiful with a host of facilities. Extra touches such as GHDs and takeaway delivery service meant a totally relaxing stay for us. We will definately return.

  I felt special. The Chester Residence staff and management will go that bit extra to make you feel welcome and make sure your stay is as good as you want it to be. The apartments are beautiful and modern well thought out but still homely.

  Much more relaxing than a hotel and so much space. It felt as if we were staying in a friend's apartment. Very quiet

  A small welcome pack including orange juice, butter etc would be useful especially if arriving late in the evening

  Before booking, I read other's review. I must say, I agree with them all.The downside was to leave after our staying. If we could, we wanted to stay longer~ Staffs were great and very professional. The location was amazing to the city center and all.

  Very spacious apartment, beautifully appointed in lovely Georgian terrace near all attractions. Huge lounge and bedroom, well equipped kitchen with breakfast area and luxury bathroom and separate shower room , all for the price of a mid range hotel room. Exceptional value.

  I cannot praise the staff highly enough everyone we dealt with went the extra mile to be helpful and all extremely friendly. Our accommodation was of the highest standard and we enjoyed the whole experience. We did intend going out for a pre theatre meal but decided to enjoy the comfort of our dining facilities and eat in instead of eating out. If staying in Edinburgh again I would certainly stay at the Chester Residence.

  Excellent apartment with huge lounge and bedroom. Enough items in the fridge to make a light breakfast which was a nice touch. Also nice to get a cafetiere and fresh ground coffee rather than the usual freeze dried stuff! Staff very friendly and helpful. Located within 10 min stroll of Princes Street so great location too. Overall highly recommended.

  The accommodation had a beautiful interior with attention to detail. I felt very relaxed there and would book again.The staff were also lovely and helpful.

  They didn't have a full scotttish breakfast on the menu.

  The apartment was wonderful - in a fantastic georgian house - brand new, and fabulously furnished - I want to live there! The staff were perfect - helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

  Nothing really - but a few tiny nit picking things. No hooks on doors to hang robes up, no skirt hangers in the wardrobe, shower head fitted on an angle and wouldn't sit straight when showering, no phone to call reception. It feels like there is a last minute snag list to resolve given that the apartment was brand new.
