it is in a brillant location really closet to kings cross underground, the room was clean but small, we had a bathroom in our room as well which was a plus as some hotels dont, was grand for the price in this location.
the breakfast was not the nicest and we could see into the kitchen area it didnt look the cleanest, we only TRIED the breakfast one morning

Close to St. Pancras
The room was small and for some reason made smaller by a huge closet. I doubt people stay for so many nights that they need to hang their suits. The room was right below the reception so you could hear people come and go at all times. The bathroom looked like it used to be a boiler room (with all the water and electricity meters hidden badly hidden behind mdf) and it was so cold in there that there was no chance we'd use the shower. Just going to the loo made my toes freeze.

I asked for a room close to reception and they gave me room 27 (about 5 metres from reception). Very good substantial breakfast.
Room was tiny. No cold running water in the bathroom. No plug in the sink. TV was from the 1960's (12" with no remote" small Flat screens can be bought cheaply and could be wall mounted to free up space. I would like to see juice instead of squash at breakfast. Room has very faded wallpaper and a touch of paint would improve it immensely

Very close to Kings Cross station; Breakfast included in the (modest) price; Room was clean.
Tiny, tiny, tiny! I thought at first I'd walked into the wardrobe - but then realised it was the bedroom and I didn't HAVE a wardrobe. The toilet wasn't big enough to use without leaving the door open.

New renovated room, good breakfast, silent street, frendly hotel staff and good communication to other areas in London and Stansted Airport
Reception and general areas. Hotel staff wearing training clothes at breakfast. No invoice for our payment to hotel only a copy of the slip from creditcard. Small rooms(anyway you get what you pay for)

One naked lightbulb in the cealing. No bedlamps. No decoration. A disgusting smell in the toilet. Nowhere to hang wet towels. A small double-bed almost impossible to sleep two adults in. I know you get what you pay for - but this was so below basic standard there must be better alternatives in the lowest price-region. " (108331488)
Great location near Kings Cross. Hot water in the shower.
This hotel is of a very low over-all standard. It doesn´t get better when some of the staff is very impolite, specially in the braekfast room.

Nous voulions un hôtel économique avec une chambre familiale et petit déjeuner inclus, et nous avons eu satisfaction à l'hôtel Belgrove.l'hôtel est très bien situé à 2 pas de l'arrivée eurostar et du métro King's cross.
Chambre petite, salle de bains minuscule et limite vétuste, manque d'amabilité du personnel de service pour le petit déjeuner.

Very nice location; Central London was very close. Bayswater is a nice place which attracts tourists all the year around.
Rooms were not spacious and breakfast had no variety. TV in the room offered only 3-4 channels and there was no News channel to be viewed in the rooms.
