Simple budget hotel, cheap, effective, clean, does exactly what it says on the tin
No real issues. Location wasn't perfect but still easy enough to get to.

Bed"clothes" were clean. The bed good. Size of the room good. Waterboiler on the room (possibility for making coffe/tea) - The toilets and shower were oki.
- The man who met me (Jim?) for chekking in was very unpolite (tried to be funny, but not). He mentions my weight (nice that it was a while to walk to Manor House; it would be good for my overweight). He was totally overtalking. Bad behavior. There were 2 young girls togheter with me....they were very ambarresed on my behalf (and his). - The room was very dirty - The curtains were so dirty that I felt bad to go near them.

Availability of shared kitchen facilities. Close to public transport. Close to supermarkets.
Has a run-down feel. Curtains didn't fit. Lighting in room was dim. Dusty surfaces.

Room not like a hotel room - wooden floors in corridor, next to an office - very noisey. Sort of basement under another business - very noisy. Staff not interested.

no sugar (lots of sweetener, which i hate) no milk.i had to buy these and left them behind for the next customer. no soap, dirty bath towels.

Cheap
The amount actually charged by hotel owner was more than that quoted on the website. Hotel smelt musty and damp. Room was not clean. Beds were awful. Curtain pole was broken. Was hot and noisey. Bathroom was not clean.

the worst experience i have ever had when staying overnight...and for my colleges !!! it felt so dirty i ended up sleeping fully clothed on top of the bed with my towel under my head ! disgusting place
