  "Good value for money, the rooms were very clean although the bathroom was quite small but was made up by how clean it was. Hotel staff were very helpful and also made a reservation at a resturant for us. Parking cost 8 Euro. Koln is a very nice City with great shopping." (97401988)

  Very clean and good value for money

  The walk back to the hotel at night as you have to walk down some dark streets. Not good for a solo traveler.

  "We stay here every time we visit Cologne, the rooms are nice, quite compact' and always clean and tidy (if you want posh or luxurious then choose a more expensive hotel). We've always found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a superb buffet with plenty to choose from - definitely great value for money. Another plus point is that this hotel is around 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre and all the Christmas markets. The one negative if you can call it that is having a longer than usual wait when there is a group checking in with only one receptionist - which can be a little irritating." (99548099)
