  "Jz pourrais retourné das cet hotel pour sa situation géographique mais à Istanbul les hotels se touchent, il y a sans doute le choix dans le quartier" (107645987)

  L'hotel est très bien situé, proche des monuments principaux, du métro, de la gare....Personnel très agréable.

  Salle de bain à refaire et manque de jus de fruits le matin.

  This hotel offers very good value for your money if what you require is a short stay or "home base". From it as a base you would be able to do get easy access to other interesting things to see and do, rather than merely hang around in the hotel. The helpful, attentive, friendly and courteous staff are a strong characteristic that help me to feel at home and well-cared for.

  "Overall, for the amount that we paid, this was a reasonable hotel. Normally the hotel quality doesn't bother me too much, but if I went back to Istanbul, I would pay more for a higher standard." (107840842)

  The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us directions when we needed them. The location of the hotel is also great - within easy walking distance of Topkapi Palace, Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Golden Horn. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

  There was no plug in the bath and we never got one, even though we asked. Also, the shower water was nothing more than lukewarm for the first 3 days, which wasn't great as the bathroom was pretty chilly anyway. So we thought we'd use the hotel jacuzzi to warm up, but it was out of order. The rest of the spa centre looked good though, although we didn't use it. We didn't have a TV (which we didn't really mind), but we saw that other rooms did. The worst thing though was that on our last night we came back to find our bedroom door wide open, with our stuff on full display inside.
