The hotel is very easy to foind, clean, in good working order and quite comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent as were the staff.

The food in the restaurant for dinner in the evening was very good

Pretty central. Within walking distance of central Sofia and the government buildings and Cathedrals etc. The hotel was all in good order with good staff.
Decor was a bit dated. Had to pay to get on the internet.

Beautiful hotel. Professionalism and friendliness of staff.
Internet did not work. I also had reservations for the night of July 25th 2009 - but wasn't able to make it because my flight was cancelled. I couldn't find a place on your website to send you a message and wasn't able to get through on the phone either. I don't know why I wasn't able to get through on the phone - this was probably my fault as I'm not used to dialing internationally. I was charged for the night of the 25th - it would be nice if you could remove this charge. I plan to be back in Sofia in November for a week and will likely stay at your hotel. Thank you Susan Tilley
