  "excellent company, very friendly, good tasty breakfast, large selection for other meals (although we did not eat here other than breakfast)" (108404350)

  excellent company, we were made to feel very welcome right from the moment we arrived. we were informed of the activities that were going to be taking place that evening and were asked if we would like to join in the "party" (this particular eve') we were more than welcome. yet both the owners were more than willing to give us info' on the local amminities and other popular locations to go during our stay.

  the only bad thing was the hot water didn't know whether to stay warm hot or cold whilst having a shower. but the room along with the on suite were more than adequate

  "good room small but ok as you only sleep and change in it. if you wanted a seat to read you had to go to bar area " (108663224)

  rooms and reception and bar area very cleen.All staff very friendly and always asking if everything was ok.

  room 19 very small. Shower not working when rest of the guests were showering due to lack of water pressure. Towels not changed or bed made.

  "Fantastic couple of days in Blackpool made better by the hospitality of thew freindly staff" (107890595)

  The hotel and staff were excellent and very helpful.

  Room maybe could have been a bit bigger.

  nice room, friendly staff very welcoming, breakfast and meals cooked to a very high standard.

  not much parking and having to pay for the hotels parking

  The hotel , staff , food , cleanliness , entertainment and the rooms were all exceptionally good. We made the right decision staying at the Charlton!!!!!

  "Myself and my family stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was just what we needed. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Entertainment in the hotel was excellent. Would recommend to anyone." (108073824)

  "was ok, ended up paying 122.00 for 2 nights with a sea view, wouldnt bother paying extra for a seaview again as we could only see outside if we stood on the bed, thought it would be a seaview with chairs so you could sit and look out, hotel interior was nice, staff friendly but rooms average at best."   nice friendly staff, good location, good full english breakfast

  room was small, en-suite very small, shower either ran cold or boiling hot couldnt get it to work anywhere in between, paid extra for sea view but wasnt worth the money.
