Breakfast was good. Location to Bournemouth town and beach very good.
Staff did not seem experienced in customer service skills and could do with more training in this area. Spa facilities were good except for attitude of staff (with the exception of the therapist that treated my wife) and complimentary towels that were supplied were ripped and marked. Also the charge of
